Live at its own addressNew — the desktop setup for a new hotel or planner now runs at onboarding.loomapro.ai, with the same sign-in as the app.
Redesigned in white with the house typefaces, a larger document panel with page navigation and click to enlarge, and a centred sign-in.
Hotel detailsNew — property address, phone, website, time zone and the hotel's events contact, filled in from the BEO and remembered for the next BEO from that hotel.
Departments — click a task count to see that department's tasks, and add tasks to any department, including new ones.
Categorize Your Event (was “Where things go”) — the AI suggests a department for each unsure line; reference details such as the couple's names and room numbers stay where they are; repeated lines appear once; clicking a line highlights it on the document.
Your team — someone covering several departments is entered once and offered in the others.
Your programsNew — everything on your sign-in, grouped into Upcoming, Needs parsing and Past, with repeats merged and a search box.
Done screen shows the program's proper name, readable dates and 12-hour times.
Upload Your DocumentsNew — the first step takes the BEO plus optional floor plans, seating charts and menus, and starts when you press Read my documents; floor plans and seating charts land in Layouts. The side panel explains what to have ready and how it works.
Looma setup guideNew — greets the user, introduces itself and explains each step as they go. Can be hidden.
Before You FinishNew — lists any hotel details, floor plan, seating chart or team members the documents didn't provide, with a way to add each.

App
Remove a program from Home by swiping it, as well as from Programs. Amrita
Groups of two — a named group can be you and one other person. Amrita
Run of Show lists each day's events one per line. Amrita
Editing a line and writing a photo caption now open above the keyboard. Amrita
+ Photo on a line that has no picture adds one from the phone. Amrita
Outstanding Items keeps a ticked line visible until the drawer is closed, so a mistaken tap can be undone. Amrita
Added by — lines added on the day show who added them and when. Jasprit
Log now shows flags, time changes and added lines alongside written entries. Jasprit
Offline ticks are saved on the phone and sent to the team once the connection is back.
“Program” is spelled the same way everywhere.
Parser
First-time uploads failingFix — a server fault stopped new BEOs from being read between Thursday evening and Monday afternoon. Fixed; uploads left waiting finish on their own.
Pictures under the wrong line — each picture is checked against its line; a clearly different kind of item moves to the event's photos instead of sitting under the wrong task.
A retried upload no longer starts a second read of the same document, and the onboarding page waits for a read already in progress.
